Alcohol Purchases

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages from us. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify an order when required by law or when we are unable to verify the age or identity of the recipient.

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery within the District of Columbia.

All wine deliveries must be received by a person who is at least 21 years old. At the time of delivery, we are required to verify the recipient’s age and identity using a valid government-issued photo ID.

We cannot complete a delivery if the recipient cannot provide valid identification, is under 21 years of age, or appears to be intoxicated.

If no eligible recipient is available to receive an order, we may return the order to our premises and arrange a subsequent delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Orders and Payment

Orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary, including when required by law.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout and may be changed without notice.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your wine. If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or you believe a wine is flawed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Because wine is a perishable product, we generally cannot accept returns of wine that has been opened or delivered as ordered. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
